How spirituality helps you beat fear of solo travel

Here I continue with my recommendations on how to face the fear of solo travel.

Second, and we’re still talking about fundamentals here, I think spirituality can be really important.

If you are a spiritual person, connecting with that side of you should also help you deal with fear.

In my case, I am a Christian, and this is not to preach or anything like that, but if you are also a Christian, you probably know that in the Bible many times God says “Do not be afraid”.

It’s so empowering, and it’s one of the most repeated phrases in the entire Bible.

I think it’s an important message, not just for Christians, but for everyone.

It could be a message from God or the universe or whatever you believe in… whatever the case may be, it’s a really important thing to remember this very simple phrase: “Don’t be afraid”.

And if you are a Christian, it can help to know your Bible well, especially when it comes to fear issues, and to focus on your spiritual practices, such as praying, meditating, going to church, anything that helps you connect with your spiritual side.

Whatever your religion or belief system, I’m sure you can connect with that side of you and it will help you deal with fear, before and during your next trip.

Stay tuned for a couple more secrets to beat the fear of solo travel.

All the best,
