I’m a big fan of mailing lists… I always advocate for Marketers to build one. As they say “the money is in the list”.
I was pleasantly surprised when I found there was an easy way to add e-mail subscription boxes to my Medium posts (affiliate link)… if you add this to every post and post regularly, I believe your list can grow very fast. And it also automatically emails your list when you make a new post… so you get more traffic immediately coming in.
Highly recommend you check out Rabbut (affiliate link). It also works with other blogging platforms including LinkedIn, and can even sync your mailing list with Mailchimp.
